Flexible Membership Options
We offer flexible options for all to enjoy the many benefits of Blue Mountain Lake Club, Inc. Below are our current rates for membership and guest options. Membership & Guest Rates
- Full Membership: $400.00/annual
- Camp Owner Lot Fee $500 F&W side/ $350 Finch side/annual - Camp owners pay additional lot fee to the Club for their lot space. Camp owners have to also pay a variance based on current membership number at the end of August during current year.
- Associate membership $200.00/annual - Allow spouses, camp partners and family members to access club property without escort of full member.
- Camper Permit $200.00/120 days - 120-day camper permit for full members on approved Club camper lots.
- Weekend Guest Hunting Pass $35.00/weekend - For full members that wish to entertain and escort guests during the big game hunting seasons. Two full days and nights.
- Daily Guest Hunting Pass $17.50/daily - For full members that wish to entertain and escort guests during the big game hunting seasons. One full day and night.
- ATV - Snowmobile Guest Pass $10.00/daily - Permits escorted guest of Full Members to enjoy ATV riding on Club marked and approved trails. NY State Registration and insurance required for each ATV or Snowmobile.
